Try On The Tyne - Road Closures (Saturday 10 August)
Try on the Tyne’s first ever event includes duathlon run-bike-run races; as well as 5k, 10k and junior runs on Newcastle and Gateshead’s quaysides this Saturday 10 August. Races will start at Baltic Square and will be finishing on Newcastle Quayside. Up to 1000 competitors are expected to take part in the races.
As a result, a number of roads around Sage Gateshead will be closed and public transport disrupted. Full details of the road closures can be found here.
