Yoga In Harmony

Inhale. Exhale. Let live music lead.
Find your flow in a restorative morning practice where movement meets live music. Each session is designed to calm the nervous system, lower cortisol, and leave you feeling grounded, open, and renewed. With every breath, posture, and pause, musicians guide the room.
It’s more than yoga. It’s music and movement in perfect harmony and every month brings a new teacher–musician pairing.

Playing

Meet Grace
A playful guide with a decade of teaching behind her, Grace brings warmth, flow and a steady calm to every class. What began as recovery from an injury has grown into a lifelong practice – a way to quiet a busy mind, reconnect, and find balance in the middle of modern life. Her vinyasa sessions weave strength with softness, leaving you both soothed and empowered.
Playing
Ian Sankey’s trombone carries a mellow, golden tone – smooth phrases, rich low notes, and a breath that seems to linger in the air. It’s music that settles the room in calm, wrapping movement in sound and space.
